It's believed her new boyfriend is David Lucado - an employee at a top law firm.
Looking dapper in a smart-casual combination of a shirt, waistcoat and baseball cap, the handsome chap looked thrilled to have Britney on his arm.
The Toxic star ended her engagement to her former manager Jason Trawick in January and it appears she isn't wasting time to find a new man in her life.
It's reported David first asked Britney out of Valentines Day and have since enjoyed private outings to a golf course and spa.
Sources say the singer is now smitten with her new man.
One tells People magazine, "Since meeting David, Britney has been in the best mood... They've spent almost every day together."
Britney has even introduced the Virginia native to her conservator dad Jamie and sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline, Preston, seven, and Jayden, six.
An insider adds: "It was a big step. She's very excited... The boys think of David as a fun play pal."
