LONDON: She played a diver in her hit movie Into The Blue alongside Paul Walker in 2005.

And as Jessica Alba continued to let her hair down during her St Bart's getaway with husband Cash Warren and best pal Nicole Richie, the actress once again took the plunge into the water,
reported the Daily Mail on Saturday.

The Sin City star was seen throwing herself from a 'floating island' and into the sea at Eden Roc beach on Saturday.

The mother-of-two displayed her athletic abilities as she jumped high into the air and into the perfect blue water, making a rather large splash in the process.

At the same time she flaunted her incredibly toned figure in a simple, yet sexy black bikini.

There was not an inch to pinch on the 31-year-old's frame as she bounded along the wooden jetty in the low-cut top and tie bottoms.

Make-up free, Jessica looked happy as a clam, brandishing a cheeky grin as she prepared to take the plunge.

She was also seen guiding a friend's little girl into the water, holding hands with the youngster as they pin-dropped in.

Later in the day Jessica relaxed under the sun as she floated on a white lounge alongside her hubby Cash.

In an endearing moment, the couple held hands as they drifted along the water.

Also seen on Saturday was Nicole, who also wore a black bikini as she showed off her impressive diving skills and later went for a stroll along the beach with another pal.

Jessica, Cash, Nicole and their friends are clearly having a ball during their getaway.

On Friday, Jessica was pictured frolicking in the ocean with her husband, the former reality star and a group of pals, playing chicken and posing for photos while on vacation on the island in the French West Indies.

The Machete Kills actress played around in the water with her friends, at one point throwing her hands up in the air with glee.

She was also seen wearing a black New York Yankees baseball cap as she stood in the water laughing and joking with Nicole and their fellow best pal Kelly Sawyer-Patricof.

But Jessica ensured she gave her producer husband some attention as the two shared a tender hug while in the water.

Jessica wore a pink-patterned string bikini, a different look to the sporty orange and blue two-piece that she donned on Thursday.

Nicole, meanwhile, showed off her trim figure in a multi-coloured striped bikini that featured an unusual flap of material on the back.

The group of friends were seen playing a game of chicken, where one person sits on another person's shoulders as they try to knock over the other team into the water.

Nicole was seen sitting on a male friend's shoulders, cupping his chin, as well as wrestling Kelly into the water.

The friends also posed for a group photo, with some of the women, including Nicole, sitting on other friends' shoulders, while a girlfriend balanced on Jessica as she held her fingers up in a peace sign.

Jessica was spotted flaunting her curves as she walked out the water, this time wearing a large grey sunhat.

Jessica has been showing off her incredible bikini body in an array of swimsuits and outfits while on holiday.

The mother-of-two looks as good as she did before she had children, thanks to a strict diet and fitness regime.

She once said: 'Working out every day for even just 45 minutes is good for my mental state.

'Getting dressed and actually doing it is the worst. It's hard to get motivated.'

'In the gym, I have like five things to distract me: TV, iPod, magazines. Working partners are good, too, so you can chat and not just drown in your own misery. Sorry, does that sound bad? I just hate working out.'

The actress' new book The Honest Life recently hit number three on the New York Times Bestseller list.

The book was inspired by the beauty’s desire to create a safe, healthy environment for her family.

The tome provides a behind-the-scenes look at Jessica's diet and lifestyle, and was inspired her desire to create a safe, healthy environment for her family.

In 2012, she paired with entrepreneur Brian Lee and environmental activist Christopher Gavigan to launch The Honest Company, where parents can buy products that are environmentally friendly and safe to use on their kids.
